MEJC advocates for protections that center on individuals’ needs. Marit Peterson, associate director of the Minnesota Elder Justice Center, asserts in the conversation: “This kind of change that really centers an individual and really focuses on how we might support an individual’s ability to make decisions that are available to them — that kind of change is very welcome.”
