The Minnesota Elder Justice Center

The Minnesota Elder Justice Center provides support, information and resources to older and vulnerable adults and their loved ones around issues of abuse, neglect and financial exploitation.

We prevent and alleviate abuse, neglect and financial exploitation of elders and vulnerable adults at no cost to participants. 

We provide:

  • Direct service for victims and loved ones
  • Community education
  • Professional education and technical support to fields working with older or vulnerable adults
  • Public policy and systems change

Educational Opportunities

We provide professional training and community education presentations throughout Minnesota on a wide variety of topics, and we’d be happy to tailor a presentation to suit your needs. Some educational opportunities are eligible for CLE or CEU credit.

Advocating at the Capitol and with public systems is an important way we work to reduce abuse, neglect and financial exploitation of older and vulnerable adults. We work in collaboration with many organizations including non-profits and government-related working groups.
