Assistive Technology for Caregivers
Join us to learn about how assistive technology (AT) can be used as a tool to ease some of the symptoms of dementia, as well as caregiver stress. This presentation will introduce caregivers to tools they can implement to watch, listen, and care for the person they support across the progression of their disease, helping those with dementia feel safer at home, more competent, more independent, and more successful with daily tasks.
A collaborative presentation with Live Life Therapy Solutions an Alzheimer’s Association MN-ND Chapter with Megan Hunter, OTR/L, Sue Redepenning, OT, and Jenna Fink, LSW.
