Once you have been appointed as a guardian and/or conservator for a vulnerable person in the state of MN, you are required to conduct annual filing with the MN Courts and undergo annual monitoring. In this session you will learn about filing requirements; roles and responsibilities; the required software a guardian and conservator must use to file; audit and monitoring processes, common concerns or issues identified, tips, and tricks to prepare for your audit and review.
