The Minnesota Elder Justice Center is seeking a Multidisciplinary Team Coordinator to coordinate and support a vulnerable adult/elder abuse MDT in St. Louis County, MN. Ideally this is a 32-hour per week position, but there is an opportunity for flexibility in fewer or more hours depending on the selected candidate.

Ideally, this position will be located near or in St. Louis, Minnesota, and will be responsible for services and support including but not limited to networking, meeting organization and facilitation, case consultations, data collection and reporting. The MDT Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring access to MDT services for underserved populations. The position will require an individual with solid leadership, organizational and clinical skills as well as an ability to communicate well orally and in writing.
