Open Enrollment: Medicare Changes for 2027

Medicare open enrollment happens annually from October 15 – December 7. This is the time that Minnesotans on Medicare can review their coverage and compare their plan with others. Medicare plans often change from year to year, as does Medicare policy. For 2027, we know there will be significant changes to Medigap policies, and possibly to Medicare Advantage plans and Part D plans.

Kelli Jo Greiner, Minnesota Aging Pathways Medicare Product Manager and SHIP Director will discuss the changes that have been announced for the coming year, and she will walk you through what beneficiaries need to do to be ready for Medicare Open Enrollment for 2027.
