The Office of Ombudsman for Long-Term Care (OOLTC) is an advocacy group that advocates for individual recipients of long-term care as well as advocates systemically to improve resident rights and the quality of care for Minnesotans receiving licensed long-term care around the state. The Office of Ombudsman for Long-Term Care is person-centered in its approach and always works at the direction of the care recipient.
